Meditation Classes

This all-levels class delves into practical meditation methods and their application in daily life. Each session features one or two guided meditations, ranging from simple breath observation to subtle body meditations, techniques for cultivating compassion, and uncovering natural awareness. Each method aims to access our enlightened, spontaneous presence, where the source for inner contentment resides.

Coaching One-on-One

Whether you prefer an in-person or online approach, I provide personalized assistance that delves deep into your obstacles and goals. I work with you to create a plan that is tailored to your unique needs, interests and objectives. Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing for years, I can help you break through any barriers and make real progress. If you're feeling stuck or stagnant, allow me to assist you in achieving your goals.

Online Retreat Days

The one-day online meditation retreats are an excellent opportunity to deepen your practice. The teachings and meditations will be based on a different theme each month. Feel free to attend each session or drop in as you like!

 

  • Session 1    7:30 am -   9:00 am

  • Session 2  10:00 am - 11:30 am

  • Session 3    1:30 pm -   3:00 pm

  • Session 4    4:00 pm -   5:30 pm

 

Purchase through the website or by e-transfer, and you will receive a link to the retreat.

In Person Retreat

This is the third year I will be teaching a silent retreat on Bowen Island. It's in a beautiful, quiet, comfortable place, and the setting is stunning. 

We will have the powerful benefit of being removed from our busy and often noisy daily lives and so be able to dive under the surface in a supportive setting with guided meditations, solo meditations, and teachings.This retreat is suitable for all levels.

The dates are from Saturday May 25 - Saturday June 1st 2024 at the Hermitage.

We will have all lunches/dinners catered!

I have been teaching mindfulness and meditation techniques in office settings for the past decade. I have observed that people respond positively and appreciate the opportunity to take a break from the busy and hectic mindsets that often accompany work. Meditation helps them feel rejuvenated and often leads to deeper relaxation and clarity of mind. This, in turn, increases concentration and improves the overall atmosphere in the workplace.
